Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.
Pack Your Items
Securely package the unused equipment in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship to Distribution Center
Send your return package via a trackable shipping method to the New Haven distribution center address provided during your authorization.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
